Website privacy
This notice describes how Blurr uses information from this website, including enquiries, the AI readiness assessment and website measurement.
Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry or request an assessment report, we store the details you provide in our customer relationship management system. These may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company, message and assessment answers, including financial information if you choose to provide it.
We use this information to prepare your report, respond to your request, send requested updates and discuss the results or services you asked about. These functions work independently of website measurement.
Assessment and report services
The assessment saves progress in your browser tab so that you can continue after a refresh. Assessment answers are processed to prepare the results and may be sent to OpenAI, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway, to generate a tailored report or scene. The report and submitted answers are stored with your request.
If you request an email report, we use Resend to send it to the address you provide. Website hosting and security services also process technical request information to serve pages, prevent abuse and handle submissions.
Website measurement
We automatically use Google Analytics 4, PostHog and our own journey records to understand which pages people visit, how they move through the assessment, which videos they watch and where they stop. Recorded activity includes page and question identifiers, navigation actions, video progress, time spent actively viewing a screen, form success or failure and limited campaign information.
We assign random browser, session and assessment identifiers. Campaign information is limited to campaign labels, page paths and referring website names. Analytics event properties do not include your contact details, selected answers, financial inputs, report contents or free-text messages. Providers may also receive technical information such as browser, device and network information when your browser connects to them.
When you submit a form with analytics enabled, we can connect the measured journey to that request inside our CRM. This lets us relate website activity to a saved enquiry, a later enquiry status or report delivery. Analytics providers receive coded outcomes and the random identifier, without the enquiry’s contact details or report contents.
Session recordings
PostHog can reconstruct interactions with the public interface, including navigation, scrolling and clicks. Form inputs are masked. Assessment answer controls, private result and report sections, the chat conversation and canvas content are blocked from recordings. This helps us review usability without replaying those private parts of the experience.
Advertising measurement
We automatically use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives public page visits where browser measurement is available and an event when an enquiry or assessment contact request is successfully saved. A shared event identifier lets Meta recognise a browser event and its server copy as one conversion.
These events may include Meta browser and ad-click identifiers, a hashed random advertising identifier, a public page path, the time of the event, IP address and browser information. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company, message, assessment answers, financial inputs or report contents to Meta through these events. Advertising uses a separate random identifier from analytics. Measurement records identify the website’s default policy; they do not represent a visitor clicking an acceptance button.
Advertising identifiers may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Clearing browser data does not recall events already sent to Meta.
Website policy and browser storage
Analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by the website’s default policy on public pages. The website does not display a cookie banner or a measurement settings control. Saved cookie preferences do not control this policy. Private pages, owner previews and marked test traffic are excluded from measurement.
Browser storage holds random identifiers and campaign information. A measurement session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Google Analytics may also set measurement cookies. Assessment progress and submission reliability use browser storage independently of measurement.
Clearing this website’s cookies and site data removes saved identifiers and assessment progress from that browser. The website may create new measurement identifiers on a later visit under its default policy. Clearing browser data does not delete records already collected or the enquiries and reports you asked us to retain.
Service providers
Our PostHog project uses its EU hosting region. Other providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their published information explains their wider practices: PostHog privacy, Google’s use of information from partner sites, Meta privacy, OpenAI business data and Resend privacy.
