90 Fabrication · Custom ERP
Seven connected factory operations
90 Fabrication needed to track custom orders through quotation, production and installation. Blurr delivered an ERP connecting seven departments, so teams can follow the same order, its costs and its approvals from the initial inquiry to the completed installation.
Project background
90 Fabrication makes aluminum windows and doors, wood kitchens and furniture, and steelwork to customer specifications. A single order can require site measurements, work in several workshops, processing by an outside supplier and installation by a field crew. The ERP project needed to keep those stages connected, with a record of the materials, labor, costs and approvals associated with each job.
Blurr was asked to build a system covering HR, manufacturing, finance, project management, inventory, fleet and sales. The work began with operating discussions, process mapping and a review of the company’s Arabic regulations. These requirements became a bilingual ERP that follows an order from inquiry through installation and aftercare, with AI assistance for finding information and preparing actions within the company’s approval rules.

Understanding the production and approval requirements
The system had to account for different ways of working across the company. Wood and metal production use different team structures and manufacturing stages. Some work takes place in the factory, some is sent to external processors, and some is completed at the customer’s site. A job therefore needed to retain its history as responsibility moved between teams and locations.
Blurr mapped the organization into companies, brands, studios, sectors and teams, then defined the requests and approvals required at each stage. This established who could submit work, who needed to review it and which records should be available to each person. It also allowed managers to oversee work across the company while limiting other users to the records relevant to their responsibilities.
Connecting quotations to production
The order workflow starts with an inquiry and a quotation. Measurements gathered for pricing serve a different purpose from the final measurements used in manufacturing, so the system records the initial and final surveys separately. Once a quotation is approved, it creates a project containing the agreed commercial and technical information.
That project connects the schedule, design information and bill of materials to procurement and manufacturing. Material requirements determine what can be allocated from stock and what must be purchased. Production work orders then follow the appropriate sequence for aluminum, wood or steel, with assigned tasks and quality checks. Changes to the agreed scope are recorded against the same project.
Tracking materials and work outside the factory
External processing required the same traceability as work carried out inside the factory. Materials sent for painting, pressing, cutting or bending remain linked to their job, with a record of custody, the expected return and the checks required when they come back. Rejected work records the issue and the follow-up needed before production can continue.
The inventory and finance workflows follow those movements. Incoming materials are checked, reserved and issued against project requirements. Purchasing passes through technical review, accounting review and funding approval. Orders, receipts and invoices are matched before settlement, giving the finance team a way to identify discrepancies while retaining the supporting records.
Assigning people and costs to each project
Workforce administration had to cover employees in workshops and crews working at customer sites. Blurr connected employee assignments, attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs, including manager-assisted attendance capture for field work. Temporary assignments identify the operation receiving the employee’s work, and payroll uses approved attendance and HR records.
Project costing brings that labor information together with material consumption, external processing and transport. Managers can review the costs associated with a job and compare them with its budget. Requests for materials, funds and crews retain their project reference, making it possible to follow the decisions behind the recorded expenditure.
Extending the record through delivery and installation
Production completion is followed by dispatch and site work. Delivery and installation may happen together or on different dates, so the system supports both arrangements. Fleet scheduling assigns vehicles and drivers, while mobile confirmations, site photographs and customer signatures document the handover.
If a delivery is rejected or an issue is reported during installation, the system creates a ticket with a responsible team and a record of the required resolution. Complaints and warranty work remain linked to the original order after acceptance. This preserves the connection between what was sold, what was produced and what the customer received.
Providing bilingual access and AI assistance
The application provides Arabic and English interfaces, including right-to-left layouts, mobile workflows and Arabic voice input. The seven modules use shared identity, document, notification and approval services. Company rules and approval chains can be configured for the relevant process.
AI assistance operates within those permissions. Authorized users can ask questions in Arabic or English and inspect the records supporting an answer. They can also prepare quotations, schedules and other actions, or review exceptions such as production delays and cost changes. Actions requiring approval remain subject to review, and the activity record identifies who initiated and authorized the work.
The delivered system
Blurr delivered the seven-module ERP with connected records across office, factory and field operations. Teams can follow an order through its surveys, production tasks, material movements, costs and site handover. Managers have access to the associated decisions and supporting documents, and responsibility remains recorded when work passes to another team or supplier.
