FastLaunch property websites and virtual tours
Property studios needed to turn their models, plans and panoramas into websites where visitors could explore a building and its interiors. Blurr developed a production workflow that prepares the media, maps room connections with AI assistance and assembles the reviewed material into a website. The delivered Aden Parks and Aram Tower experiences informed FastLaunch’s shared tools.
Project background
Visualization studios produce models, plans, rendered views and panoramas that describe a property. To use those assets in an interactive website, each view needs to match the correct building, residence and room. The files also need to load at a suitable quality on desktop and mobile. Blurr developed FastLaunch to handle this preparation and build websites where visitors can select a residence, inspect its plan and explore its interior.
Blurr developed the production workflow through individual property projects, including Aden Parks and Aram Tower. Preparing the files, mapping room connections and checking the assembled experience became shared work across those projects. FastLaunch now contains the resulting viewers and editing tools, alongside a management platform that remains in development.

Preparing studio assets for browser delivery
The team first reviewed the supplied masterplan, plans, 3D files and imagery to establish which parts of the property the website could present. That review defined the navigation scope and identified missing imagery or room connections requiring further work.
The production files then needed versions suitable for browser delivery. Blurr prepared image sequences for building rotation, progressive panoramas and resized plans, while preserving frame order and the relationship to each source file. Verification checked the prepared media before it was connected to the website. This preparation supported loading different levels of detail as visitors entered and explored a view.
Connecting floor plans and interior rooms
Interior assembly required matching each panorama to a position on the plan and identifying the doorways leading to neighboring rooms. For Aden Parks, a vision agent examined panorama previews and the unit’s floor plan, then proposed room connections and positions. Code converted those suggestions into coordinates for the viewer while media preparation continued.
Blurr checked a single unit in the viewer before extending the mapping process to additional units. Uncertain suggestions were marked for review. The team adjusted doorway markers, starting views and plan positions in the editor, then followed the connections in both directions. The review established how visitors would move through the completed interior tour.
Assembling the website and reusing project work
The prepared media and reviewed room connections were assembled into the project application. Exterior views led to selectable residences, plans and interiors, with the project’s branding and navigation defining how visitors reached them. Video transitions connected views where the supplied material supported that movement.
Blurr extracted viewer and media-preparation behavior from six earlier implementations into shared components. Subsequent applications could use the same building rotation, plan and panorama tools while retaining their own content and navigation. Aden Parks and Zahra were migrated into this shared structure. Project launch films also used recordings of the showroom, combined with narration and motion graphics.
Reviewing generated exterior views in Reiwa
The Reiwa Center demonstration extended the work to appearance generation from a building model and CAD drawings. Geometry and camera references from Blender guided the generated images and exterior video. Camera drift and continuity needed visual review before video frames could become a building spin with selectable floor overlays.
The resulting demonstration contains 120 frames for each of its day and night modes, six furnished floor plans, a café panorama and a playable Level 02 interior. The interior has separate desktop and touch quality options. Small alignment differences remain in the generated exterior sequence. Additional playable floors and interior night lighting remain planned.
Delivered property experiences
The delivered Aden Parks experience connects 15 residences, 19 orbit sequences and 112 interior scenes. Visitors can select a residence, inspect its plan and enter its rooms, with filters and favorites supporting their browsing. The project presents Makadi Heights’ development using visualization and renders by Nara Studios.
Aram Tower provides building and apartment exploration for Urban Capital Development’s Abu Dhabi tower, with visualization and renders by Core Studios. Visitors can select an apartment plan and continue into its interior tour. The wider portfolio also includes the VARA Plaza implementation, the Sumou and Selina Bay demonstrations, and the Ras Soma proposal.
Developing content management and asset reuse
After assembling the experiences, Blurr developed a console workflow for maintaining their content. Editors can upload and verify media, preview a draft, apply a validated version and restore an earlier compatible version. The draft, apply and restore cycle was tested in hosted staging for Aden and Zahra without an application code release. The management platform remains in development, including reservations, CRM and broker operations.
A separate asset-library pilot addresses reuse of the 3D material itself. It preserves selected pieces and finishes under a stable identifier so an operator or agent can retrieve the same configuration. The pilot covers three furniture families, with desktop and phone versions and detail that changes by viewing distance. It has undergone local verification and a temporary public preview; integration with the main console remains incomplete.
