Workforce management and website systems for Core Studios
Core Studios’ workforce software needed to connect employee records with attendance rules, project time and approvals. Blurr built role-based HR workflows and a managed portfolio website, alongside interactive property projects using the studio’s visualization work.
Project background
Core Studios works across architectural visualization, film production, scale models and visual communication. Blurr’s work for the studio covered two business tasks: managing the people and time behind its work, and presenting that work to prospective customers. The scope included an HR portal, a public website with administration tools, and related property presentations.
The HR project had to account for several views of the same working day. Employees record time and request leave, managers review their teams, and administrators maintain attendance rules and employee information. Connecting those responsibilities shaped the application’s records, permissions and approval steps.
Connecting employee records and approvals
Blurr organized the portal around employee, manager and administrator roles. An employee can review attendance, enter time against a project and submit a leave request. Managers have the corresponding team information and approval controls, while administrators maintain company settings and people records. Project tasks and membership connect the time entered by an employee to the work being managed. Activity records retain a history of administrative changes.
Applying attendance rules to recorded time
Attendance device records also had to become usable working-time information. The application imports records from ZK devices and processes them against configured working hours, holidays, leave and overtime rules. Administrators can process an individual date or a range, then recalculate when the underlying information changes. Monthly allowances, paid-hour records and overtime permissions are included in this process, so attendance review can account for the rules that affect an employee’s recorded hours.
Presenting the studio’s work
For the public website, Blurr organized projects around the studio’s four disciplines. This gives each area of work its own place in the portfolio while retaining shared team, location and contact information. The administration tools support the project media shown on those pages and the career applications and form submissions received through the site. The implemented website therefore includes both the public presentation and the tools used to maintain it.
Using visualization in property presentations
The related Aram Tower showroom uses visualization and renders credited to Core Studios. Blurr connected building navigation to apartment plans and interior tours, allowing a visitor to move from the building to a particular home. The Sumou Tower demonstration applies a similar sequence to Tower 2 / Four Bedroom Type F, starting with an approach video and continuing through a labeled plan and connected room panoramas. Together, the projects cover internal workforce administration, studio presentation and interactive use of the studio’s visual material.
