AI prospect research and CRM integration for Trivium Travel
Trivium Travel’s research project needed to turn information collected from websites into company and contact records suitable for sales work. Blurr built a staged collection and AI enrichment application, then added tooling to transfer the prepared records into Twenty CRM. Operators can review processing results, retry failed work and control the CRM import.
Project background
Trivium Travel’s project with Blurr concerns B2B prospect research. The task was to collect information about businesses, identify relevant contacts and prepare records that could be used in a CRM. That required a workflow between the original web content and the structured company and person records used by the sales team.
Blurr organized the application into collection, extraction, enrichment and export stages. Keeping those stages separate allows an operator to inspect what each step produced and deal with a failure where it occurred. It also provides a defined point at which collected material becomes a company or contact record.
Collecting material for structured research
Collection starts with websites whose information may span numbered pages, scrolling results or other pagination patterns. The application gathers that material and checks its content for duplicates. It then submits the collected text to the configured AI service and parses the response into defined fields. This gives later research steps a structured record to work with while keeping collection and extraction as separately managed jobs.
Preparing company and contact records
Once a company record exists, the enrichment workflow researches the business and saves information extracted from that research. Contact preparation adds LinkedIn and Apollo information, persona filters and email verification. These steps address different parts of the sales research task: establishing what a company does, finding relevant people and checking contact information. Usage tracking records the AI processing performed, while operator views make the resulting records available for inspection, filtering and export.
Transferring prepared data into Twenty CRM
Blurr added custom integration tooling around Twenty CRM to carry the prepared data into companies and people. The import script matches existing records before creating or updating them and supports a dry run so an operator can preview the proposed writes. It also retains source-job and show associations. This makes the CRM transfer a controlled step in the research workflow, with the record matching handled before data is written.
Current processing and integration scope
The implemented application supports bulk imports, worker progress, failure review and retries, alongside research and export. The separate CRM script performs company and contact writes. Continuous background synchronization remains partially implemented: the scheduled service retrieves enrichment results but does not yet persist the corresponding updates. The current result is a research application with explicit processing stages and controlled CRM transfer tooling.
